Our house has also been involved in catering and banqueting for events for over 20 years.

In this period of time we have gained significant experience in banqueting for private and corporate events, each time proposing a tailor-made creation, in harmony with the place and the moment.

Our characteristic is to follow each event in an exclusive way, with an artisanal and obsessive attention to detail: for us it is first of all a matter of respect for the Client, who must enjoy our total attention: from the moment we are contacted to the of the dish, the presence of the chef Emanuele Scarello and/or the mâitre de maison Michela Scarello is always guaranteed, with the support of the local resident staff.

Where required, we make use of the collaboration of selected and trusted personnel (cooks, waiters and sommeliers), who under our instruction and supervision, allow us to face even events with numerous presences very well.

We are able to provide a complete banqueting service, which ranges from the selection and rental of kitchen and tableware equipment, preparation and service of the menu, coordination of room service, as well as just the pure catering service (food and waiters and sommeliers).
