Where are they held?
In KAsa, the room which originally housed the family table, today is the place open to free and spontaneous conversations, just like in a home kitchen. The dining room of the restaurant and its kitchens meet perfectly in the laboratory designed by Paolo Zuliani and fulfilled in collaboration withKitchen Aid and Del Fabro. We can see the preparation of the dishes by our chef Emanuele Scarello and his staff, learning the basic and advanced techniques.
