Colomba (Easter Panettone) 2025 is made with different types of citrus fruits* candied by us - such as Cedar Pompia, Amalfi lemon, grapefruit, bergamot and pomelo - and topped with almond pizzuta and almond icing.
*The citrus fruits come from the Todolì Citrus Fundaciò in Valencia, which since 2013 has been working to protect the biodiversity of citrus fruits, promote and preserve the agricultural landscape, and spread the use and knowledge of these delicious fruits.
