On Monday 6 March, Brussels hosted the first edition of Gastronotrends. The day, conceived and organized by the Michelin Guide and San Pellegrino, was to bring together a group of starred chefs from all over Europe to discuss the future of cooking: the first European meeting dedicated to the future of gastronomy and reserved for the best chefs.
The main topics of the conference have been related by four very different field experts who have dealt with four different topics: Customer Experience, Digitization, Culture Choc and Sustainability. The chefs were then invited to reflect and exchange views on each topic for an hour.
